Sculker Claws break effect-type Artifacts

Whatever the Sculker Claws are doing to prevent me from using my Grindstone half the time needs to be fixed. I have the Souls needed to use the Artifact, and it isn't on cooldown, but I still can't use it unless I switch out of it or my Claws. It sucks not being able to effectively use the Claws because gauntlet-type weapons were my favorite to use during the first game.
