Missing customize controls options in coop mode

For some reason when playing coop on Player 1 can customize controls, for other players the option is missing in Settings, at least of Switch 2. That means other players have to play with default buttons mapping which is pretty bad and they might be used to a different mapping anyway when playing with their own profile.

    Honestly this is taking any enjoyment out of playing coop...
