Ancient City Ice Box Redesign

With the new ice caves themed game drop arriving in 2026, the ice box in the ancient city needs a rework to fit the new drop.

Loot table additions:

• Ice balls should be part of the ice box loot table.
• Freezing potions should also generate in the ice box chest.

Structure additions:

• Icicles and Ice crystals should be part of the ice box.
• Some frostbite mobs should also spawn there.
