Time Relic – An Item That Changes Movement Speed perception

My idea: I would like Minecraft to have a special item called the Time Relic. When a player holds this item, their own movement appears extremely slow on their screen, but they actually move extremely fast from the perspective of other players. The other players see the world and their own movement as completely normal. When the player switches to another item, their movement returns to normal. How it would work: The Time Relic only affects movement, not mining, crafting, building, or breaking blocks. The player holding it experiences their movement in slow motion. Other players see the holder moving extremely fast. The world continues to function normally for everyone. * The effect ends immediately when the player stops holding the item. Why I think this would be interesting: This could introduce a completely new multiplayer mechanic. Players could use the item to dodge attacks, surprise friends, travel quickly, or create fun challenges on multiplayer servers. I think it would be a unique addition to Minecraft and could create many creative ways to play with friends!
