*Possible bug* Unique drops chance very low when in a party

I was in a session with a friend in his world, and during this time, I only got 1 or 2 uniques while he got around 10, and I've gotten milestone reach notification multiple times, increasing the unique chance, wondering if its only suppose affect to the party leader since its their world or if its a bug.

Or simply I was that unlucky
