Shortcut to move resource packs up/down

Right now you have to click the up/down arrow each time, with the pack moving every time, preventing you from spam clicking. Since you can click and "select" a resource pack (also with the up and down arrows), I think there should be a way to; 1. keep the resource pack selected if you click it, 2; move the resource pack up/down with shortcuts like page up/down. that way you dont have to manually click the moving arrow 40 times with a ton of packs.
