Snowmen Buff

Snowmen should either be able to throw ice balls, or have special snowballs that give the freezing effect. When snowmen were added, they were decently useful since snowballs did damage back then. Nowadays, they do not do damage, and the knockback doesn't make it useful enough. I suggest to buff them so they can kill things other than blazes. Thanks!
