*BUG* SOMETIMES You are Unable to Directional Dodge After Fast Travelling

Tiny bug, but on occasion, If you try to directional dodge immediately after fast traveling, you are unable to until a few seconds pass. However, doing any other input will work.

    This is due to the scroll bar for the logs taking priority over directional roll, the same issue also applies to opening chests, leveling up, or obtaining unique items. It's MCD2-158 on the bug tracker.
