Make an option in settings to toggle between OreUI and JSON UI

Mojang is starting to replace JSON Ui with OreUI, which is looking better (except for the one in bedrock latest preview)

However OreUI is hardcoded, that means it cannot be modified and a lot of people like to use custom UI Pack in the game.

So, my solution is : Make OreUI and JSON ui toggleable in the settings, and name it 'Compatibility mode' or 'Legacy UI'

This shouldn't be that hard since JSON ui code is somehow still exist in the game and you CAN enable it by using "ForceCloseOreUi" mod (yes its a mod not an addon)
