herry Cape Minecraft – Missing Pre-Order Bonuses on PS5

Dear Support Team, I am contacting you regarding Minecraft Dungeons 2 on PS5 and an issue with my pre-order bonuses. I pre-ordered the PS5 edition on Friday, September 25. After waiting a long time, I finally received the game and installed it. However, when I started playing, I noticed that I did not receive the pre-order bonus items that were supposed to be included. I am missing the bonus cape, heroes, and chicken that came with the pre-order. In addition, I noticed that my Cherry Cape in Minecraft has disappeared. I had the Cherry Cape before, but it is no longer available on my account. Could you please look into this issue and check why I did not receive my pre-order bonuses? I would also appreciate it if you could check what happened to my Cherry Cape and restore it if possible. I would kindly ask you to help resolve this issue and reply to this message with an update.
