Lose All Pre-Order Bonus items

I am REALLY upset with this game, I went to hop on the game the following day after playing on steam and now all my pre order bonus items are gone, as well as the corrupted creeper cape promo that I redeemed, they were on my account and I contacted their support and still have yet to get a response and I thought maybe it was a bug or something I waited over a day and nothing changed. It makes me not want to play at all because I bought the game FOR the pre order items. All of my in-game items for Minecraft dungeons 2 related to the preorder have disappeared including the creeper cape twitch promo code. This is something that needs to be fixed immediately and no one should have to deal with this.
