Ice ruins

Incorporating ruins into the ice caves, featuring chests and possibly "suspicious ice" (which requires a heat source to melt and yield an item, while simultaneously increasing the risk of falling icicles during the thawing process), would provide an additional incentive to visit these caves and gather resources.

Adding "Suspicious Snow" in ice ruins that you can use a brush on to get items, like suspicious sand and gravel, would be a nice addition as well. Maybe the items you get from it could be more ice/winter themed, like a new snowflake pottery sherd.
