Allow online guest character to play as host

Online guest characters are not pickable as character for host.

This restricts a common second players to only play their character, if the first player also plays. The guests character is not available to pick as host.

As an example if P1 and P2 start the game together, P2 will never be able to play their character alone without P1 playing.
