Make quest loot not exclusive to the game host

Makes it hard to play with friends and stay level with them if you get the uniques and they don’t

    This is especially bad for setups where one person always plays the guest character :/

    Hard agree, playing with friends suck as they almost always get low tier loot and nothing. I'm currently getting a glitch where I get two of the same item after a finished quest. It's happened every single time.
