Give loot to downed players especially in boss fights

there have been multiple times where my party has a downed friend who wants either unique loot from a boss or echo shards but someone carelessly fires off something and kills the boss accidentally before we can revive out fallen friend. it seems really unfair that someone who was downed gets punished for the people they play with not being able to revive them or they accidentally kill the boss.

very unfair to not give downed player loot also when they contributed to the kill.
