The snow leopard

The snow leopard is a completely neutral mob that inhabits cold biomes; it will not attack the player unless provoked (though it will immediately turn hostile if attacked by the player or another mob). Snow leopards tend to actively prey on chickens, rabbits, sheep, cattle, pigs, goats, foxes, and spiders. However, seemingly wanting to avoid a fight with the wolves and polar bears, it tries to move away from the area. Furthermore, snow leopards do not sink into the powder snow and possess resistance to "freezing effects" such as frostbite, so attacking them with freezing potions or freezing arrows is futile. Snow leopards are currently facing a serious risk of extinction, so it might be a good idea to add them to the list.
