Armor should give increased health and/or a defense buff

Makes picking armor make you feel stronger and able to tank more hits, and different armor should provide different degrees of defense. Makes the player feel less squishy and stronger as they get better gear.

    They should make so all armor gear have somewhat random (maybe a random number in a range for each power level?) health and defense buffs, and that would increase in the blacksmith when the player upgraded their gear
