Frost crescent enchant, blizzards/sandstorms and calcite/snow block variant

-The frost crescent enchantment comes from minecraft dungeons 2 and is the version of the freezing potion but for weapons. It would be SO cool if this could be a new enchantment to rival with fire aspect. Also please let us apply fire aspect on axes, as well as the frost crescent enchantment. If we could have poison fog and lighting surge it would be even BETTER

-Blizzards are new world events that would happen when its raining in snowy biomes, making them more immersive. Could also apply a slow and a freezing effect to the player as a neat little mechanic but im not sure. Maybe tune it down and make it so that placing torches down make it go away, ONLY for blizzards

-Sandstorms are new world events that would happen when its raining in desert and badlands biomes (and mesa ?). Could also apply slow to the player

-Calcite and snow block variants are a REALLY requested feature for a long time, its the time to do it. For calcite, add polished, bricks, chiseled and (please) tiles variant. For snow, add (polished ?), bricks and maybe a chiseled variant.
