rebalance some of the talismans

some of them are entirely worthless and other (twisted tooth I'm looking at you) are stupidly over powered

And certain ones like the tasty bone feel really lackluster compared to others that you can get. But yes i do also agree that twisted tooth is insanely broken, and a good amount of talismans should be reworked, for better or worse.
