Give armor more visible effects

Give armor more visible/direct effects such as base hp, damage reduction, etc.

We need this. Each armor piece feels like a reskin. I understand them not having this so talismans can shine but please bring back stats. Also having the complete armor set should do something. For example, if i get all of the sorcerers robes, I should get 15 percent more lighting damage or something.
