Auto salvage items

I would like the game to auto salvage Common and Rare quality items. I would like the ability to turn this feature on and off.

To add on to this, it would be nice to have specific rules for auto salvaging aside from just rarity, such as power level, if the item is new or not, if it's a storm item with an extra effect, etc. I just find that items drop all the time, and I spend a lot of time comparing items to decide which one I want to keep.
