Add Ice Block Variants to Ice Caves

Current Ice Caves only use Packed Ice. While fine on paper, this should expand to include the other ice block variants. This would not only expand the cave visually, but also mechanically:

- Blue Ice is expensive in large quantities; spawning in Ice Caves makes it easier to farm without the need for online tutorials.

- Regular Ice is transparent but melts, creating a risk-reward dynamic where players can see extra ores through the Ice, but risk flooding the cave if they place too many torches.
