NEW WAY TO THE "PENDING APPROVAL" STATUS WORK

I HATE WHEN MY POST GETS UNDER THE "PENDING APROVAL" STATUS, OTHER IDEAS COME, AND IT GETS LEFT BEHIND, WITH FEW VOTES!!  When you write an idea, and it gets under the "pending approval" status, it gets behind other posts when it's released, even if the posts where made before your post is approved. So the proposal of my idea is exaclty to change this: just make the post appear first then the newer ones!!
