Hardcore and Custom Options + make farm animals Killable

I think it would be a great adittion if mcd2 had hardcore where you would get a much greater challenge. And maybe bring back arrow management for this mode specifically or make it an option to turn off and on.
It does not need to be a mode. Maybe you could start a game with custom difficulty where could toggle things like arrow management or killing farm animals.

Some options may include: 

• difficulty (maybe a slider from 0.1x-10x)
• drop frequency
• The Option to disable gameplay mechanics like jumping or artifacts
• Fists Only

I know not everybody would use this addition but I think it would be a great feature in the game.
