Local co-op accounts QOL (Talismans and Enchantment Books)

As of now, other local accounts linked from a player's progress are unable to get quest-exclusive talismans unless they are present, which makes the local co-op experience (which the game focuses for) suffering, as now my sisters cannot get new talismans unless I play the account for them just before finishing the quests. Enchantment books are still available but makes very grindy without relying on the first play, but I don't mind if they stay as it is

I advocate for local accounts linked to the main account using other controllers will to have either
1. Have the talismans (and maybe enchantment books) be linked to the original so if P1 gets it, P2-P4 also gets it without needing to be in the game
2. Let local accounts be able to re-do quests to get their own talismans (and other quest rewards)

Having either would greatly enhance and un-restrict the local co-op experience and remove talismans being soft-locked by local co-op accounts players
