Soul Storms more often

Maybe make soul storms happen more often. Considering the best loot is from there, me being level 100 and capped I see little reason to do much else in the game and waiting for long periods for soul storms isn't too fun. I wouldn't go as far as making them always active but definitely reduce the time in between or let us do more in the 20 minutes as I always finish the 3 objectives super fast
