Pre Order bonus code saying it is in the wrong reigon

I preordered mcd2 deluxe edition and when I got home with my physical copy I put in the codes, the deluxe code worked fine and I redeemed in but the pre order code says it’s being redeemed in the wrong reigon! I contacted the store that sold me the copy, it’s not a major retailer it’s a local place but this issue doesn’t seem to spare any store, I hope Mojang will acknowledge this bug soon so me and other affected people can be reassured and get our pre order bonuses.
