Decorative ice on trees and buildings in cold biomes.

The new icicles look great in caves, but at the same time I think trees and structures, like villages and houses, also deserve this little detail.

 

They could have formed over time due to the cold and could have been collected with a silky touc

 

And of course... they would be much smaller than those in caves. h.
