Add a Quick Toggle for Touch Control Modes

It would be very useful to have an optional quick-toggle button for switching between “Crosshair and Tap” and “Touch and Tap” controls while playing. Currently, changing between these control modes requires opening the pause menu, going into Settings, and changing the control mode manually. This can be inconvenient, especially when switching between different activities. For example, “Touch and Tap” can be more convenient when building, while “Crosshair and Tap” can be more useful for other gameplay situations. Having a toggle button that can be enabled in the settings and displayed on the HUD (or placed somewhere convenient) would allow players to switch between the two modes instantly without interrupting their gameplay. The button could be optional and disabled by default, so players who do not need it would not have any changes to their interface.
