Transmogrification via Echo Shards & Resource Sinks

Transmog is a staple feature in most modern ARPGs. Likely, this system doesn't have to include weapons. However, it should allow for armor customization via Echo Shards at Enchantsmith

Providing our current resources (emeralds & shards) more sinks warrants reasons to expand their caps/limits as well - and provides them with more opportunities to be spent. Which is always good

TLDR

Let us transmogrify armor, and maybe not weapons. Can be done for a cost at Enchantsmith, whether this is echo shards, emeralds, or both.
