Make community events with redemption codes accessible to everyone

So far as of writing this I am trying to get the auroura cape and I am not logged or signed into twitch because I never plan to use it otherwise. I have heard only if you log in you can get a code. I want there to be options to see streams on the minecraft launcher if you are logged in or add another way thats accessible to everyone.
