Minecraft Dungeons II Preorder

Hello Minecraft, I was reaching out with a little favor in mind. So I learned about Minecraft Dungeons II preordering, and I ended up preordering it, and I still haven't gotten the game. I would like to ask if something went wrong or anything, because I am alright with buying the game again, but I really would miss the preorder rewards I missed out on. The only reason why I preordered was because of the extra rewards, the Twisted cape and Twisted chicken, and the 2 hero skins. I don't understand why it happened. I did order it. I really hope there is some way you can fix this, since I don't want to miss out on the rewards I should have gotten. Please get back to me whenever you can.

    if you pre-ordered a physical game card of the game, don't worry, because they might have run out of stock in your area. it will probably arrive somewhere around October 10. I also pre-ordered a physical copy, and I am also a little antsy about the arrival. I hope this helped!

    Thanks for your help! Unfortunately, I have already checked the stock listings and there is still a few available, although I still haven't received it. So it seems like we still have these issue on our hands. It appears to be a technical issue on their side, and I really hope they can resolve it. I was super excited for the twisted cosmetics in the main game, and the twisted items in Dungeons II. Let's see how others reply.
