Dungeons II Bug for Nintendo Switch

I can’t submit the bug through the actual way so I’m doing this. Every time I’ve tried making an online character it freezes on the menu screen, animations still play, music still plays. I’ve disconnected from the internet, joined another one, made an offline character first, deleted the game and redownloaded it, deleted the save data, restarted my system, shut down my system, linked and unlinked my account several times but nothing works. I’m stuck looking at a campfire, with no guys coming to get ready for adventure. I would go through the official bug report but it refuses to let me report anything, saying I need to contact my Jira Administrator, like what? Mojang fix this bug so I can play with my friends.
