Twisted Cape Pre-order Reward Exploit and Compensation

According to official rules, players who pre-ordered Minecraft Dungeons II before September 28, 2026, were promised the "Twisted Cape" as a limited-time exclusive reward. 

However, after launch, non-pre-order players found an exploit to obtain it for free simply by logging into a pre-order player's Xbox account. This completely undermines the exclusive value of the item and leaves legitimate pre-order buyers feeling betrayed. Pre-ordering represents a player's trust in the product, and this trust has been damaged.

We respectfully request the official team to:

1. Fix the exploit immediately to prevent further abuse.

2. Reclaim or differentiate capes obtained through this exploit, ensuring it remains exclusive to legitimate pre-order buyers.

3. Compensate legitimate pre-order buyers with additional exclusive items or cosmetics.

4. Release an official statement addressing this issue and clarifying the exclusive nature of pre-order rewards.
