Totem OF Casting Bug

there is a bug with the Totem of casting where, if you are under the effects of 2 Totem of Casting and the 1st expires earlier than the other the 2nd one is unable to grant passive soul regeneration while under it's effect, I haven't checked if this also affects the ability cooldown reduction it grants though I can only assume it does.
