SKIN SIZE BUG

Theres a bug where if you change the size of your skin it bugs and shows it with medium size and completely pixel bugged. I wish I could post a pic beacause its horrible. My gf is starting to get annoyed cause we got to make the skin so alike to her that it felt like literally was her in the game. Please fix it! She is not enjoying as she were doing after the bug. And of course we tried everything changing the skin making another one and its always her skin non other (also the only one which is size changed) Mojang Plzzz:(
