Rerelease Twitch cape rewards

there are many capes in minecraft which require watching a twitch or tiktok stream of a certain category for x amount of minutes, but twitch's policy requires that users who make an account are at least 13 years old, and at least half of the bedrock community are under 13 years old, so those capes are inaccessible to that demographic, so mojang should rerelease some of those capes and make them redeemable in some other way, maybe similar to the new statistic locked cosmetic items.
