Add Furnace Minecart that uses Coal and pulls other minecarts like a Train

The Furnace Minecart is useless right now. Please make it useful like a real train engine: 1. When we put Coal / Charcoal in the Furnace Minecart, it should start moving by itself on rails. 2. It should be able to PULL other minecarts behind it (like chest minecart, player minecart) to make a train. We can connect them with a chain. 3. 1 Coal = travels 500 blocks or 3 minutes. So we don't need powered rails everywhere. 4. It should work on Bedrock / Phone also, not just Java. This will be very useful for phone players who can't make big redstone powered rail systems. Please add this. Thank you!
