Realms not loading

My friends realm won't load on console, it only says that an error has occurred after an hour of waiting for it to download. I'm devastated since we would really like to play the world in realm mode when my friend isn't online and we just simply can't create a new world because we've put so much time and effort in to this world. We have tried everything and we are losing our patience. Can you PLEASE fix this issue since it has been affecting my ability to sleep.
