Problems with pack manifest V3 (missing feature)

With the manifest V2 settings, I can just point a setting slider to point to the subpacks folder. With the V3 settings, I can add toggles instead of old sliders but it’s impossible to make it turn on/off a folder unlike the previous subpacks one, and I also want the new toggles introduced in V3 but I can’t use it. Pls add a line in the manifest where I can just point to a folder directory.

Right now this is how V3 looks like:

I want (and need) it to be like:
