The rain color in Vibrant Visuals is vastly inconsistent with the water color elsewhere in the game, and should be changed to create a more consistent, immersive experience.
Water with Vibrant Visuals (VV) enabled is often a muted teal/blue, and seems almost transparent. This is a great look!
Rain with VV enabled is the traditional harsh blue color from vanilla Minecraft. It looks nothing like the rest of the water as presented across Vibrant Visuals, and makes it look almost as though the VV feature is turned off when it rains.
Current Behavior: dark blue rain that clashes with the world.
Suggested Behavior: a fainter, more consistent rain color that matches the rest of Vibrant Visuals’ water.
