Horse Rage

Horses can acquire a Rage ability that temporarily boosts their speed. Each horse has a different Rage cooldown, so horse races are not only determined by the horse's base speed, but also the timing and characteristics of each horse. making horse racing a more competitive activity and giving a reason to choose horses with different characteristics.
