Bats with bundles

I had an idea that bats would have an uncommon chance to spawn with bundles in their mouths. Bats are the only mob in the game that has zero function so I think this could be interesting. These bundles could contain...

• Tools and useful items
• Stuff used in common crafting recipes
• Stuff found in minecart chests in mineshafts

I also had an idea that bats could carry bundles with different colors that may change depending on which biome the cave is under, giving the player some idea of where they are. These are all ideas that I came up with but if Mojang or someone else has any better ideas, that would be great too.
