Villagers AI talk and chat

I've been playing Minecraft (Java) alone for years. I have no friends, it's a bit sad, and communication in the game is limited.
You can add AI for villagers so that you can communicate with them, either by voice or chatting.
For example, you could come to the village and ask how things are? How is the weather? How do they live there? Find out if there is anything interesting nearby (in the region around), treasuries, temples, outposts, mines, etc. How many diamond, gold ores are in the region, etc.
And in general, talk about different topics. They can learn and become smarter every time.

Or add a new type of villager, who can sell interesting information for emeralds, how much gold, diamonds can be found, treasuries, temples, etc.

That would be great!
