Support Deferred Graphics for Adreno 619 (Snapdragon 695)

Please support Deferred Technical Preview for Adreno 619 GPU (Snapdragon 695 / OPPO Reno8 T 5G). This GPU has enough performance to run basic deferred lighting and shaders. Please lower the GPU threshold or allow Adreno 600 series in future updates.
