Snow Golem Armor and Potion "upgrades" (Winter Drop 2026)

For the next winter drop, the player should be able to increase the power of the snow golem to ba able to utilize the new Ice Ball item. I have two ideas for how this could work: 1. Snow Golem Armor: Snow golem armor would be created using the smithing table by placing an Iron Helmet, Ice Crystals, and a new Smithing Template found in Ice Cave Mineshafts. Alternatively, it could be crafted in the Crafting table with 2 Ice Crystals, and Iron Helmet, and a Carved Pumpkin. The armor is equipped by removing the Golem's Carved Pumpkin using Shears and then clicking it with the new equipment. When equipped, the Snow Golem will throw Ice Balls instead of Snowballs and will gain immunity from taking damage from warm biomes in the Overworld. The armor also protects the Golem, making it far less vulnerable to attacks from other mobs and extending the amount of time it can survive for in the Nether. 2. Freezing Potion Temporary Upgrade: Snow Golems under the effects of the new Freezing Potion will throw Ice Balls and will not take damage from warm biomes or the Nether. They will also gain slowness, but a small level of resistance for the duration of the potion's effects.
