1. Dynamic Villages & Builder Villager
Add a Builder Villager working at a Builder Workbench. They repair damaged structures and rebuild Creeper blast sites using community chest resources. Villages vary from small hamlets to fortified Citadel Towns with walls and Guards.
2. The Governance & Ruler System
• Weak Villages: Led by greedy, coward Governors who hoard emeralds and hide during raids. Players can overthrow or help them.
• Citadel Towns: Protected by a powerful High Governor (Boss-level) backed by 20–40 armed Guard Villagers with unique tactics.
3. Two Paths to Power
• Democratic (Elections): Build a high reputation by feeding, defending, and improving the village. At max reputation, villagers hold an election to vote you as Governor.
• Hostile (Coup): Overthrow the current ruler by force, seize the throne, and establish a military fortress.
4. Dynamic AI: Rebellions & Honest Rivals
• Power is not permanent. Neglecting protection or ruling as a tyrant triggers villager rebellions, coups, or Pillager alliances.
• Honest NPC Rivals: Generous locals can compete against you in elections if player satisfaction drops!
5. Benefits of Ruling
Governors collect emerald taxes, train guards, order expansion, and issue village-wide commands.
