Please make Freezing able to block the elytra

In the new Minecraft Live, the Freezing effect was announced. In fact, I am writing this post so early that there is neither a category or a name for 26.4. But I thought about it and think that Freezing would be such a cool effect if it makes you unable to use your elytra. Because I don't think it's very useful in fighting situations if you can just fly away when you start freezing.

I will move this post to the 26.4 category once it exists btw.

I would rather have it increase kinetic or fall damage since you'd be more fragile the more solid you became. This would give risk to using the elytra as you'd take more damage if you took-off and ran into something.
