Add iceologer to drop 26.4

Since Mojang mentioned that all the losing mobs in the polls, except for the first vote in 2017, will be added to the game, today, there is a great opportunity to add iceologer to Minecraft, as the theme of the update is entirely related to his element.

The content of this Game dDrop is a match and makes sense to the addition of the Iceologer. Add him please.
