There should be a command that allows you to connect two or more end gateways.
The command would look something like this:
/gatewayconnect X₁ Y₁ Z₁ X₂ Y₂ Z₂
X₁ Y₁ Z₁ is the Gateway you enter from, and X₂ Y₂ Z₂ is the gateway you exit to. If a gateway is removed, then the player can't enter the other end. If the Gateway is re-added, they will automatically reconnect.
The gateways are bidirectional automatically, but if the player wants to make it one-way, the command would look like this:
/gatewayconnect X₁ Y₁ Z₁ X₂ Y₂ Z₂ false
"false" means it is one-way
Lastly, across dimensions. To link them up across dimensions, for example:
/gatewayconnect X₁ Y₁ Z₁ X₂ Y₂ Z₂ overworld nether
In this case, Overworld would be the first pair of XYZs, and Nether would be the second pair
If I wanted a one-way gateway from -9 0 -100 in the Nether to 400 50 -200 in the End, the command would look like this:
/gatewayconnect -9 0 -100 400 50 -200 nether end false
